Filmed exclusively on the original home-movie format with 40 people using 80 different antique Super 8 cameras, Super Nature celebrates our universal connection to nature. Viewers take a journey across 25 countries, where people embrace both abundance and loss, creating a sense of togetherness with all dwellers on Earth. A love letter to cinema and nature.

Ed Sayers is a London-based filmmaker who has made short films, TV and branded content. Super Nature is his first feature documentary. In 1999, he started the Super 8 film competition, “straight 8,” when he asked 20 friends in the industry to try making a short film on one roll of Super 8 each, with no edits.
