PRICING

GENERAL ADMISSION $17 each

OPENING NIGHT FILM $30 - Includes Reception

IMPACT AWARD FILM $30 - Includes Reception

PENNEBAKER EVENING $65
Ticket includes a Cocktail/Buffet Reception; Pennebaker Award Presentation and Interview with Alan Berliner, followed by screening of his newest film BENITA.

FESTIVAL PASS $375
Smart buy. A $470 value includes admission to all General films, receptions, plus Opening Night, Impact Award film, and the Pennebaker Award Evening.
Pass requires reservations for each film.

FESTIVAL PASSES:

  • Best Festival Value for multiple films! Pass includes: admission to all films, including cocktail receptions, Opening Night & tribute films, and the Pennebaker Award Evening with wine & buffet reception.

  • Get advance film selection starting November 3, 2025.

  • Festival Pass holders must reserve tickets for each films they wish to attend.

  • All ticket confirmations are sent by email. Your name & order number will be on a check-in list at the door before each screening.

  • Pre-ordered festival Passes can be picked-up onsite at the festival check-in table.

  • Please wear your Pass throughout the festival.

  • All ticket confirmations are sent by email. Your name & order number will be on a check-in list at the door before each screening.

PURCHASING:

  • All tickets sold online at www.hamptonsdocfest.com. Films sell out, so we recommend purchasing in advance.

  • Tickets will not be sold at either the Sag Harbor Cinema, Bay Street Theater, or Southampton Playhouse box offices.

  • A limited number of tickets and festival passes may be available for onsite purchase at the festival check-in desk. Check at the door. Credit card payments only.

  • All online transactions subject to a processing fee.

SEATING:

  • Theater seating is open. There are no reserved seats.

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to check in or pick-up your pass.

WAITLIST FOR SOLD OUT FILMS:

  • Film screenings do sell out!

  • To join the waitlist by registering for the film (as if purchasing a ticket). You will be contacted via email if a seat becomes available.

  • The waitlist queue will proceed in the order that registrations are received. Please note: joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the screening.
