FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How do I order passes for myself and also for friends?
You can purchase multiple passes with the same account, but each pass must be assigned to a specific person. Log in to hamptonsdocfest.eventive.org, navigate to My Passes, and provide the individual’s name for each pass. The QR code on your badge links only to the tickets reserved under your pass.

Must I wear my Festival Pass at all times?
Yes. Your pass is your ticket and displays your own QR code. But if you lose your pass or forget to wear it, we can still find your purchases under the Eventive account.
