Cheyenne follows a group of fearless cowgirls who compete in riding wild broncos on the yearlong rodeo circuit after nearly a century of being excluded because of their gender. The rough-and-rowdy cowgirls compete in a life-and-death event to be crowned the World Champion of the Women’s Ranch Bronc Championships at the storied Cheyenne Frontier Days. This beautifully shot film captures the adrenaline-pumping rodeo action and the quiet moments in-between.
