Lincoln Palsgrove has over 20 years professional experience in marketing and public relations at Fortune 500 companies including leadership in the non-profit sector advancing corporate social responsibility and urban planning initiatives. During his career Mr. Palsgrove has led marketing, digital strategy, media planning, creative design, grassroots support for zoning approvals, and commercial leasing plans for over 100 million square feet of real estate. He spent 10 years at The Howard Hughes Corporation and Brookfield Properties where he developed teams to execute business development and branding strategy for mixed-use and multi- family properties across the United States. His work at Howard Hughes resulted in 3 awards for marketing excellence granted by the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Prior, Mr. Palsgrove spent many years at the Alliance for Downtown New York coordinating with NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s Administration and FEMA to implement infrastructure improvements for small businesses and area residents in the wake of September 11th, 2001 throughout lower Manhattan, the second largest central business district in the country. Mr. Palsgrove graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communications including NYU Dean’s Honor’s List.
