Leigh Dance

E. Leigh Dance has been a global communicator and strategist for more than 30 years. Her consultancy has advised top corporate and institution executives across all continents and 30+ companies. Leigh has lived and worked in the US and Europe since the late 1980’s, with bases in New York, London, Rome, and Brussels. She speaks fluent French and Italian. Leigh began her career with global NGOs before senior roles at JP Morgan Chase and global law firms.

A lifelong supporter of the performing and visual arts, Leigh grew up in a family immersed in music, theater and film. She brings to the Hamptons Documentary Festival Board a passion for documentary films as well as a broad network and extensive experience with partnership-building, marketing, project management, advocacy and public engagement. 

Leigh has two published books. She has been quoted in and written articles for The Wall Street JournalFinancial TimesAmerican LawyerCorporate Counsel and other publications. Leigh has long contributed to climate and social-impact initiatives, and currently leads a group of volunteers helping displaced federal professionals transition to new careers.
